Commit 2B Fit® means taking your health into your own hands by making the commitment to increase your activity and to make healthier nutrition choices.
Commit 2B Fit® is not about eliminating all the foods and "inactive" activities you like.
It's about moderation...
Small Changes Can Make A Big Difference!
- Cut down on the amount of time you play video games or sit at the computer, even just 15 minutes a day. Then use that 15 minutes to walk, play outside or maybe even straighten your room! Before you know it, you will be active 60 minutes a day!
- Make one healthy food substitution each day. Drink water instead of soda... Have an apple instead of chips... Get the Idea?
- Every day write down your activity and any smart nutrition choices you've made (in your Commit 2B Fit® Planner or Journal). No matter how small, it is good to remind yourself what you accomplished. And remember... everything adds up!
- Set goals and celebrate your progress! Remember... Small Changes Can Make A Big Difference!
